I hereby give permission to Nici Blinn Photography (nlbCreative) to use my photos and likeness in all forms and media for advertising, portfolio, demo, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand I am entitled to no compensation. I release the photographer of all forms of claims and liability related to my photo usage. I fully understand the terms of this release. Nici Blinn Photography (nlbCreative), retains the copyright of all original images and reserves the right to use and reproduce them to promote her business. Including, but not limited to, website images, online social networks, and electronic and print marketing campaigns and displays.

Liability Waiver:

In agreement to a session with Nici Blinn Photography (nlbCreative), I am hereby waiving, releasing, and discharging Nici Blinn Photography (nlbCreative), Nicole Blinn and all affiliates from any liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me or my family. Nici Blinn Photography (nlbCreative) is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business. Client and all participating members forfeit all right to bring suit against Nici Blinn Photography (nlbCreative) and Nicole Blinn for any reason.
